Need help making affiliate type site

I am wanting to make a site similar to teensdigest or Kulfoto. The main purpose of these sites are to help affiliates make money while growing the site. Affiliates will be from facebook, twitter, etc. I will need an analytics section. If any of you know someone that could help me form this network site let me know.

Probably an EASY site for someone experienced to make. Network is probably the hardest thing to come up with. (hosting all the other affiliates sites.
