what type of website development? Assuming you already have a good website and landing page.
1. Make fb ad account + install fb pixels
2. Go with basic FB Page + YT content creat (E.g. how-to and some of your results)
3. Promote your service on groups and business and get visitors to your site
4. FB ads is mainly for scaling your business.
5. after you have good case study. Hire a guy in fiver to do a solid 15 sec, 30 sec 1-2 mins video about your service and start blasting to your audience with fb ads.
6. now go to your pixel data and create a custom audience of the visitors that visited your website/landing page and do LLA targeting
7. Land a client and Buy me a beer
