Need help if the website is safe or not

a guy on Instagram posted a video and this link "bit.ly/2pFSay8" and he said if we sign on this website he will give us a shoutout do you think this is a safe website to sign in onto I really need the shout out please.

Seriously, you post a link on here, asking if it's safe or not and want us to try it out for you ?

That site is totally unsafe and the home of trojans. As soon as you click anywhere on the site, your PC will be infected with malware and you can fix it only by replacing your hard drive. Not to mention, you'll lose all your data you have on your drive.
