Need Help for US Bank Acc and PayPal

Hello,

Now a days I am facing big problem with my US PayPal, My Acc is 100% Verified.

I can't send Payment as Gift or Service. But I can pay the Invoice.

PayPal Error:

We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.

I called to PayPal 7-8 times with in 2 weeks. But they said: this is security issue, system blocking your transaction. they also tried to Overwrite the System but this is not allowing me to send money.

Today they said: there is no other way to solve this issue. I have $101, they suggest me to Withdraw Money to Bank. But My Real Bank Removed Few Month Ago for Transaction Declined. Now Im using a Virtual bank for PayPal verification Only.

Now, My Questions:

1. Can I get any Virtual Bank Acc with Card, that I can open without SSN and use to verify PayPal & Withdraw Money to that Account?

2. Can I get Bank with EIN/ITIN outside of US?

3. Can Any One Suggest Me any Service that can handle LLC, ITIN, EIN & US Bank ?

have you tried on deepweb. You may get such requirements fulfilled there.

Have you tried payoneer?

I suggest making a new account.

yeah if the paypal support is not helping then you should create a new account

I had the same issue, but it went back to normal after a day i called them

I have offshore company with offshore bank account that I can sell/rent PM me if that can be of help

Yeah the paypal support sorts this out pretty quickly, but if they don't then, what i said earlier
