Need Help finding Reliable High-Risk Merchant account

I have been searching everywhere trying to find a high-risk merchant account provider that doesn't charge ridiculous hidden charges and fees. Paypal has stopped allowing me to use them to process cards so I need to find an alternative ASAP.

About my business :
- headshop / sells tobacco related products and accessories
- $2k-$3k+ per month
- all online

What im looking for :
- no cancellation fees
- no hidden fees
- reliable upfront company
- direct merchant ( not a 3rd party taking extra $ )

Can anyone recommend any good high-risk merchant account companies? I have been searching through BHW but only found high prices and people just advertising.

My friend has been in the high risk business for years. He can get you an account. He deals with e-cig , pharmaceuticals, and can get you set up.

i used Plimus in the past. They handle fraud protection too

In addition, is there someone to get a pharmacy license from?
 
No updates yet, they're still uncertain of the business type.

As for the pharmacy license, it's my understanding that it's not something you just "get." If you're looking to obtain one, you need licensed pharmacists, controls, etc. I'd estimate the cost around $300-600k.

I work with headshops online, physical, etc. We are a licensed ISO, not a reseller, and do th underwriting ourselves. I will not publish info here for privacy reasons but won't waste your time either, as I can't waste mine.

I was shut down by my payment processor. I was making 13k a month. They just shut me down unexpectedly.
