Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to seek advice on an issue I've encountered with my Facebook ad account. Recently, my ad account was disabled, and I haven't received a clear explanation for this action. I believe I haven't violated any of Facebook's advertising policies, and I'm unsure about the next steps to take.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation where their ad account was disabled without a clear reason?
Are there alternative methods to appeal or get more information about the account status?
Is it advisable to create a new ad account, or could that lead to further issues?
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

This is a common scenario where an ad account is disabled without any clear warning. Moderation systems typically automatically scan and apply restrictions if they detect unusual signals such as changes in payment methods, unstable IPs, or flagged ad content. If you believe there is no policy violation, try filing multiple appeals and wait patiently for a response from the support team. Creating a new account may provide a temporary solution, but you should still be cautious to avoid being implicated. The most important thing is to stabilize your operations and keep your profile clean to reduce risk.

Hey that's rough! Facebook ad account stuff can be a total headache. It sucks when they just shut you down without saying why. I've heard of that happening to people before it's kinda common unfortunately. Definitely don't make a new account right away. Facebook might link it back to the disabled one and flag it too. Try going through their support channels like really dig around on their website. Sometimes you can find a buried form or something. Be super polite and persistent when you contact them. Good luck getting it sorted!

Before rushing to create a new account, try reaching out to Facebook support first

This happens frequently to some accounts that when Facebook scans it can mark it as disabled. Try accessing their support channels and searching on the website to see if you can contact them to resolve this issue. Other than that, I don't have any feasible way.

There are many cases where accounts are disabled without any reason. You should appeal multiple times to get a response from the support team.

There are many cases where accounts are restricted without reason. You can contact meta support for assistance.

Facebook accounts are often disabled for no apparent reason, especially advertising accounts. If this happens, be patient and do not create a new account immediately, as Facebook may link them. Instead, seek out official support channels and contact them politely and patiently.

Facebook accounts, especially ad ones, can get disabled without warning. If it happens, stay calm — don’t rush to make a new one, as they may get linked. Instead, contact support politely and wait.

Common reasons include ad violations, detection of automated behavior, or the parent BM being banned.

Please try contacting Facebook support first to find out why your account was disabled.

You can try verifying your business in Business Settings. Upload your company docs under Business Info. Once Facebook sees you’re legit, submit an appeal again, verified accounts often get re-enabled.

In cases where the account is disabled without reason, you should contact Facebook support to clarify the issue.

Facebook ad accounts are often disabled abruptly without warning. The automated moderation system scans and applies restrictions when it detects unusual signals such as changes in payment methods, unstable IPs, or flagged ad content.

If you believe there is no policy violation, be patient and appeal multiple times and wait for a response from the support team. Do not create a new account immediately, as Facebook may link them.

If you haven't violated any policies, file an appeal and wait patiently for a response. Creating a new account may be a temporary solution, but be cautious to avoid risks. Keep your activity stable and your profile clean to minimize risk.

Currently FB is scanning content. So I think sometimes FB scans your account wrong, you should contact the FB support department to be restored to your account. And certainly the resistance accounts will be stronger than the old account

This happens to some accounts when Facebook scans it, it may mark it as disabled. Try accessing to their support channel and searching on the website to see to contact them to resolve the issue.

Facebook probably detected that you are using multiple accounts on the same device.
There is a form you can contact Facebook, or you can solve this by chatting directly with meta support
