Need help clickbank products

Hi to all,

I really need help to promote clickbank products, noone answer when i send email in private.

So if you have exemple 20 spywares products to promote

how do you promote them

1- 1 blogger blog, each hour change account, and product
2- 1 domain make tons of pages ping each one each hours
3- make a phpbb forum and wait

or others solutions
newbie do not get emailing list
