Need help choosing right domain

I am going to start a website with copyright material mostly anime stuff. After doing research on the subject I know the registar and host just basically have to be offshore and not to host any of the videos on my websites servers and im good. But I cannot decide on which domain extension to use for my website of course im looking for low cost if possible but anything that wont be taken down so easily. Any advice would be appreciated even if not about the domain extension.

OP cctld domains like .to , .se etc works good but the cost is little high. If you want to choose domain registrar just find a similar website in your warez niche, make sure its aged and then check where they register domain and go with that registrar.
