Need help building website

Hi guys, hope your day is going great.

I need someone to either guide me on my journey of building a website, or to help me build it for free.

I know basic programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and general IT concepts.

I would appreciate any help on my journey.

If it mattes to you the website I'm trying to build is related to dating.

For the sake of easy, why not buy hosting and just Install WordPress in it. There are plenty of guides and videos out there to learn it.

yes I am aware, but Im not sure which theme to use for dating site. Can you enable user to user messaging and profiles on wordpress?

There are plugins for that, like buddypress or buddyboss, surely there are more out there too.

There are numerous plugins available for that, as @RoiBox suggested.
