Need help - Best PPC network

Hello guys, i was lurking around here and found some awesome methods about ppc.
Currently my money rolls in becuase i do social media marketing. Since i'm making money with smm i'm able to buy traffic.
Now i want to give Clickbank + PPC a try.
Can someone please tell me where i can buy HIGH QUALITY traffic for clickbank products ? I know there is Adwords, Bing, Facebook but i'm searching for a network where i dont need a creditcard. I want to pay with PayPal .
Can some ppc guru maybe give me an advice where to buy traffic, i dont want to waste my money.
