Need help Advertising in a restricted niche (ecig/vape)

Has anyone had success advertising a vaping product on Facebook, instagram or Google?

Here's what we can't do:
Google Adwords
Instagram Ads
Facebook Ads
Youtube Ads

All of these platforms have no e-cig policies. We're really struggling to get our name out there.

We're really trying to focus on a local strategy in our Candian city. We have a good population here 1.3 million and vaping is quite popular.

We've focused all our efforts on SEO. We're ranking position 1 - 3 for a lot of good keywords here but traffic is still just trickling in (5 - 10 clicks / day). I know with a few good ads we could really grow quick but vaping is still frowned upon by all major ad networks.

We've tried creating content that has 0 relations to vaping, no links, nothing and still these ads will not get approved. It seems our account has been flagged and all attempts to advertise on it are disapproved. I have reached out to facebook trying to appeal telling them that this content is not vape related. They just respond with generic replies about no vaping still.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hey. Unfortunately, Facebook really forbids advertising all products related to smoking. I would try the following: write a neutral article, for example, "the 5 most popular innovations of the last year", and indicate your product as one of the points.

He mentioned that general articles are not working as well.

I managed to advertise forbidden crypto products using neutral articles. But only if I added in text many (5-7) "white" links .

Get another ads account and try ads again with normal ads with a tweak using many chart to provide further engagement

Get in contacts with top blogs and place a banner

Guest post on blogs in your locality

Post on directories and boost your post

Create Instagram me accounts and increase follower ship via bots

Even google would love and Facebook will becomes your bed fellow

we have success with cannabis in Canadian market so vape is not an issue at all in terms of facebook and google.

In the rules of facebook it is written like this:
"Ads must not promote the sale or use of tobacco products and related paraphernalia."
