Need Facebook Commenting Bot

I'm looking to create a bot that searches for posts in the US to find users who need tutoring. For example, we could search for the keyword "need tutor" (we can make it more specific down the line) and then I want to be able to automatically comment on the post with a link to our site.

Can this be done?
