    Best proxy is to get a real IP

    Use a residential proxy if possible. Otherwise you need a virgin, high quality private proxy. If you use a shared or free proxy it's a 100% ban

    No i can't as I'm not experienced with FB Ads.

    However I know someone who is a provider of these accounts and he uses a RDSP connection to residential ips

    RDSP connection ip is not good. I used many times.
