Found this on Facebook. It was discussion from experts, dont want to mention their names. What's your opinion on this?

Someone will always be on top of the search query for these keywords. Some guys lost their rankings, but it means someone gained them and took their spot.
It’s not like you can’t search and find anything about the health on Google now.
