I'm climbing the Google search rankings, but I noticed that the SEO title i gave to Yoast SEO doesn't match what's on my Google listing. I need some help figuring out why they're not in sync.

Yoast has a couple of areas where you can affect the title of pages. Look in the Yoast settings including the Search Appearance settings as well as the individual post. One of those might be overriding the title you put.
