Need docuements for my PayPal

Hello,

I have a verified PayPal account that I use it for years now but today I got an email from PayPal asking me to send my documents within 15 days in order to keep using my account. Here is what they are asking for:

Government-issued ID
Proof of residence

The country I used to open the account is Singapore

Please let me know if you can help me

It's expensive TBH, it will cost me a minimum of $60...
 
I recently signed up for an account and I was just asked for my credit card details for verification. Now, everything is working smoothly.
 
Yes that's normal, but they'll ask for documents sooner or later
 
You can send your document to them and explain about your account.
