Need Complete KW, Site, SEO Package Deal

LOOKING FOR ADVISER or HIRE SERVICE/FREELANCER

We have a business and am looking to hire a service or freelancer. We can not target anything obviously but what makes sense to drive traffic to our legitimate business. We are located in Southern US and would prefer an english speaking person to work with.

We make custom Natural Edge, Live Edge tables and furniture. We also do cabinet work and normal woodworking.

We need someone to either advise, or do it themselves on the following results:

• Keyword research for this industry/niche - What keywords can we rank for easily, which will bring most profit etc...
• Site name recommendation from Keyword we can rank and get traffic.
• Site design
• SEO Plan for keywords that are targeted
• SEO Opt (Price Seperately as you doing or you just telling us what to do as we may do this ourselves - Here is why... we want manual or high integrity as we can not afford a crash in rankings b/c of BlackHat or bad links)
• We can write blog's and information just need direction on what keywords to write for.
• Would need someone to post / spin our articles and post them
• Manage the sites and postings... all except authority main site.
• We would have to manage the Home Site - b/c of pictures and inventory.
• Social Media creation and friends/likes generation - we can write post and topics
• You tube and other video optimisation but we can create content with advice on topic
• Recommendations for exact and precise instructions on how/what to do to rank, gain credibility, and dominate the web space

We are wanting a monthly Plan with amount specified and would love to outsource the mastermind portion and just do more of the work. We will start with a preliminary contract with a 3 month trial. If performance parameters are met we will continue indefinitely. We are loyal and looking to build a team/partner to do this...

Think of the entire plan like this.

• Long Term legitimate Business needing to generate sales and traffic inside and outside of our normal local traffic from advertisements in newspapers.
• Need to build authority and credibility in this industry. So full Social configuration
• We have the Ability to do a lot of the work for someone to advise.
• Needing to generate revenue from the project as it grows to pay for the added expenses of your service. Meaning - if you can not create more sales it does us no good and you will not last long.
• Wanting to do some PPC once site is ready and split tested
• We have the product and can sell it... We just need traffic and web design / optimization.

I am a consultant and work with projects like this a few times a year. I am looking for a complete package to manage the web and traffic portion on a professional and business level. That could mean multiple projects as they appear for me and my business.

Do not answer wanting to do one portion or the other. We need a complete package or we will just do ourselves.

Please be able to provide reference and examples that you can complete this task and have been successful with it previously even for your own sites.

We have keyword research but it is not conclusive. We can provide this to you. We have not chosen a domain b/c we understand keyword rich name may help our efforts in ranking. Site can be a simple WP design with pictures. Even a nice Theme.

I have just successfully awarded the contract to someone and am getting signatures and employing them. Thank you for your time and I will hold onto your proposals. I will say that a lot of you should price check and see what others are charging as well as how to completely explain what makes you worth so much more money. This will help your conversions I would assume, Just offering a bit of good information.
