Spam Matt Cutts' blog with your money site. He will assume it was a competitor trying to hurt you and manually bump you to the top of the results for all the keywords you have on your homepage's meta tags. Jake recently ranked for viagra, his papal is full of monkeys now.

Ranking in 2 weeks is not 99% not possible if its highly competitive and on the other hand long tail keyword low competitve keywords can be ranked in 24 hours. If someone say, i will rank you without knowing your keyword than i am sure you going to be disappointed.

Come on, if one can rank in 1st page in 2 week for keyword like pay day loan or web hosting, they will be millionaire and they not going to offer seo service.

One more thing, i did ranked 100s very very high competitive within 1 week in 2010 to 2011 time period but that is a golden days. Now you can do same using PBN but still that not going to work for high competitive in 2 weeks
