Need Bing CC

Is there a way to get CC for Bing as VCC is not allowed anymore? I tried 8 VCC 4 Visa, 4 MC and 2 Paypal with MC but all get rejected by Bing, also my account has been banned and I can't login to my bing account now. Any help? Btw, I tried them for USA accounts.

same problems here except i need some cards for paypal that i can actuall yuse to buy and not only verify.

You can try with reloadable VCCs for Paypal, but in Bing it too hard. but some people here in BHW claiming they are still able to make Bing with VCCs. I need make my own Bing verified.
