How many domain names do you want to register? I would recommend resellerclub level 1 plan which is for $25 and you can use it to register domain names. You get domain names at really low price through the reseller plan.

My vote goes to NameCheap. The customer service is, in my opinion, excellent; the registration process through NameCheap is easy (I've never seen or at least noticed any up-sells), and the DNS manager is easy to understand.

I use namecheap and godaddy.

Only issue I have with namecheap, is their interface sucks ass when you have multiple domains (20+)

Hi manishjain85,

I personally use "CN DOMAIN SITE" for all my Black Hat SEO Sites since they offer much cheaper domain rates than most others domain registrars and they we also offer free whois protection, this domain registrar is based in China and I confirmed with them that they accept domains that are used for "Black Hat SEO" or "Adult Sites" or "Gambling / Poker Sites" or any other niche.

I also invited the CS rep of CN DOMAIN SITE to join this post in case you need more information.
