Need autoblog setup+ seo services

Hi, i need setup 2 autoblogs, niches: local newspaper and "horoscope, vidence, future"

For local newspaper i will give you:
- domain, hosting, etc
- the rss feeds for the content per each category
- the keywords (5 keywords)
- some themes (you can select from their or give other better for seo)
For horoscope, i will give you:
- domain, hosting, etc
- the keywords that i need be positioned for rewrite the content (horoscopes + 5 keywords)
- some rss feeds for get content, but you should search other due are few feeds

You should setup the wordpress, with plugins: seo, word to link, autoblog plugins, AND IMPORTANT, rewrite the content for be unique and get good positions in google for the keywords, setup the theme with the content, etc
Seo works: link building, directory submission, etc

My goal is get good positions for the niche, and next get leads, so, if you can setup with a plugin for get leads/suscribers can be good.

I pay extra money if get top10 positions in google before 3 months
