Need Assistance in setting up a mailing solution 2-5k emails/day

Hey Guys/Gals!

I am in need of some assistance in getting a mailing solution set-up. I am aiming to send out about 2-5k emails per day to targeted email leads which I have scraped the previous day. I have been doing a lot of research on email marketing and have looked into a few different solutions but basically I don't have the time to dive into different methods, etc. when it comes to emailing 2-5k emails per day.

I would really like if someone can either guide me in the right direction or assist me in getting set up with a affordable and reliable solution. I will of course pay for your time and or any products I need. A few people have sent me some information via skype but I would rather come to my neighborhood on this one

Is there anyone that can legitimately help me getting set up with a email solution that is not trying push there affiliate links and crap at me. I mean I do not mind purchasing through your affiliate link to help you but come on... Be real.
