Hello, I have a family member suffering of a really though health problem and I am starting a gof** dme campaign to raise needed funds to deal with this problem. I am currently getting a video done and the next step is promote the crowdfunding campaign but my main concern is how will I be able to reach for people willing to donate. Found some services willing to promote on fb tw and other social sites but I really want your help advicing me how to spend the budget in a wise way. Thanks.

Anyone who would like to help with this??

Sorry to hear that. I don't know if anyone else would agree or disagree with this but I think best thing would be starting locally - with friends and family. Even though I am sure immediate family will already be showing their support, if you have something official in place its easier to spread awareness and you could get a lot of traction by starting out that way - if friends and family share it you will get to the outer circles more easily.

To get out of that wider circle and into the public arena I think its going to be harder. Its a bit more of a long term plan but maybe starting a blog about the illness with some useful information, you may be able to attract people that way and then forward them on to your page accordingly.

Just a few ideas to get the ball rolling.

I think the best way would be look for local charities in your area to see if they would be willing to chip in to help you to promote?

Thanks, Local area has been dealed with personally, but there isn't really much to collect from people here and the bill is getting really high, so I was thinking on running some gigs from f*verr to see if they get the ball rolling in other countries so we can raise the amount he is needing. Do you think it's worth the money?

Stay away from fiverr - people in other countriea won't care much also so I would forget about that. Try reaching out to influencers or even smaller local celebrities and basically anyone who gets a lot of likes - people are likely to feel bad and share this. Don't be afraid to play their emotions with some sad story, for the video as well.

That's a good Idea, maybe I can reach for local celebrities.-- thanks

you are doing a great thing my friend. I think it is better for you to place the information in Facebook like Social media. If the matter is true, then you will get correct outcome that you need. So try to add photo of that person also.

Yes, I am making a video with images of him at the current state and also when he was healthy. I thin this will touch people's hearts.
