I have done well over the years with email marketing for my event entertainment business and a pet I.D. tag website.
I have not looked into Facebook or Twitter. I "got" the email marketing concept from the beginning. I get email addresses for my target audience, and send out the emails.
The responses came in and I would get customers.
I don't know where to start when it comes to Facebook or Twitter. What is the basics to marketing to this generation. I realize that many people under age 30 are into these social media, and don't pay as close attention to emails.
Any info and ideas on how to start are appreciated.
