Need advice from experienced Amazon Affiliate

I've decided to outsource two Amazon niche sites, I don't have much experience and wanted to learn by doing the good 'ol "trial and error" method. I needed help from somebody experienced to advise me, tell me if I'm paying too much for these sites. The seller provides:

Reasonable keywords
Several items added to the site already
Web design
Logo design (pretty "ok")
Brandable domain (.com, .net)

All the SEO work needs to be done by me.

I'm paying $180 ($90 each site)
