need advice for my website

I don't know is my post suitable to post in here, please tell me if it doesn't.

I'm a newbie web developer and a newbie SEO.

I've read some articles about SEO in this great forum and googling.

but I still not fully understand of it. So please correct me if I wrong.

Okay, I'm developing youtube repeat, download and free online audio editor website.

what have I done :
1. Finish coding my website (vidtunez)
2. I've go to fiverr and order 4 gigs (about pr9 pr10 backlink, link pyramids, web 2,0 properties, social bookmarks)
3. I've create a FB and twitter account for my web
4. I've submit my web to some search submission ( I do it by freewebsubmission)
5. I've submit my site xml to webmaster google and create robots.txt

I need some advice :
1. what is the better way to arrange adv in my web? is my now adv place is good? (adsense has suspended my account)
2. what is the better way to get money from adv from my website?

I can give you my gigs result (excel files) if you want.

please teach me.

I can do some invest (0~150 (for once not every month)) to my website, if I can get it back from adv later.
