Need Advice for my new Website

Hello Friends,
How are you all?
Okay,I have some questions.
I have one website xyz.com which is in WordPress and it has good ranking in all keywords(Niche is tough) now this website is changing into PHP version and everything is changing.
Now Questions are:

1.Will I lose all my ranking if I will go in new website?

2.I have so many blogs on my website,Now what I know,Php can not have good ranking on blogs as compared to WordPress.So what will I do with my blog?My partner is suggesting me to add one subdomain like blogs.xyz.com which will be in WordPress,Now I am not understanding one thing if traffic will come on blogs.xyz.com,then will people go to xyz.com I mean Alexa effect on xyz.com?

3.I am thinking to add one chat option also,which one is better and very inexpensive?

1. Nope, Your ranking can't lose.
2. Build your blogs with WordPress and site in php is a good option. Don't worry about Alexa, it's not important.
3. formilla chat is good as I used.
 
after you set up the new site make sure that you put in the redirects for the old site links.

You will see some drop but the new links should be re index right if you set up redirects for the old links to the new ones.
 
I wouldn't move it from Wordpress personally, but you shouldn't lose much if any

1. keep your on-page optimization intact when migrating to php, I personally would not risk changing a good ranked site from wordpress to other platform. unless that's what requires if you planning big.

2. adding sub-domain will not help. it's gets treated as separate entity. if your alexa get affected you can always buy fake but real traffic and get that up again in no time.

3. zopim works fine for me plus it's quite common one being used and user/visitor mostly will be familiar with it.
 
Google does take some time to re-evaluate the site.Just do proper 301 redirects, and you've pretty good to go.Actually,You can achieve higher rank to the your PHP than to your WP site,if you do everything correct.
 
build new site and make 404 redirect using wordpress plugin or meta tag command to new site.

Nope, although you'll want to 301 redirect each page to the equivalent one on the new website. You'll probably want to learn how to use apache / .htaccess to do this so you'll have complete control.

If you want to share link juice, always stick any blog sections in a new subdirectory. Google assumes subdomains are completely new sites and treats when as such.

There's bound to be free / open source chat options about. Have you taken a look at https://www.tawk.to/ ? I spent 2 minutes on Google and discovered it.

Unsure if it's exactly what you need but it's free, open source yadda yadda.
 
Make sure to redirect the old pages to the new ones, and you won't lose your rankings.
 
No you won't lose your rank but keep writing unique content / blogs / articles for your website and use keywords.
 
I believe we should clarify some things first. Wordpress = PHP. Also it does not matter if you are using WP, Joomla, Drupal, Custom PHP build as long as someone coding your website front knows what he is doing, wordpress website may as well have worst seo markup possible (its just not that obvious since most people use popular themes build by big companies).

1. No you wont lose your rankings (tho you have to 301 redirect URLs that changed to new ones)
2. using blog.domain.com along with normal domain.com gives you actually 2 separate domains that wont equally share their rankings
3. Create free IRC chanel then embed some preconfigured IRC client on your website
 
On-page monetization is really important, if you do well and choose the right keyword with a few backlinks and you could easy rank on page1
