Need Advice for Clothing Business

Hello Members,

I live in Netherlands and we intend to start with clothing business (from home) at beginning.

our plan is to get in touch with wholesale/surplus/closeout/liquidation stock sellers, buy certain qty and then sell it via our website / online websites such as ebay, facebook, b2b website, etc etc.

since we intend to do so for customers in Netherlands and other European nations, we would like to know if there are any restrictions on selling branded products. such as do we need manufacturer's permission/approval to do so? especially brands such as RL, DC, Guess, etc.

if any of the members know of any good surplus stock sellers, please let me know.

Since you're thinking of selling at various platforms, I'll suggest that you go through their terms and conditions, fees and such first because you will need that to set your minimum profit margin.

For ebay, you might have problems when selling certain copyrighted items. So, it is good to check whether that item is listed in the ebay's vero (Verified Right Owners) list.
