Need advice about hashtags (instagram)?

Hey.

I have a personal instagram account with 54k followers. I mainly post personal things, selfies and whatever vomes to my mind.

I am using a bot (follow/unfollow) and are maybe gaining 100/150 followers a day.

I think/hope to gain more Per day, but I think my hashtags are bad!!
