Need a Twitter bot!!! please read!

Hello, so im willing to make a Twitter bot with Yahoo Pipes but encountered some problems.

There is a user on twitter called DBZNappa and he posts autoreply's every 2 minutes or so. This means that if anyone makes a tweet with the words ''over 9000'' he'll auto reply with the words ''WHAT?! NINE THOUSAND?!?'' how do you do that?

i've made a very simple system on Yahoo pipes that automatically runs through the search API from Twitter and replies to those that say ''it's not funny'' i then automatically reply with the words ''but it is funny!'' however my system doesn't work really good since it replies but with the words from the twitter user i replied to in my tweet that i automatically send. How do i fix this? and also his bot works at high speed that is high enough to post 10 messages in 2 minutes but doesn't make you banned on Twitter for Spamming.

Im not a programmer and i don't know anything of computers at all! please help i'd love to set up a automated service (note: this is not for bussines inquired services just for the sake of replying happy messages to people)

Is it like a follow a list of users script or one to import mass account details to make them all follow one account?

well, it's really nice that you offer that, though im not seeking for a mass follower tool. im looking for someone to tell me how to make an automated twitterautoreply service... again i really appreciate that you offer me that!
