Need a specific Instagram bot feature

Hi everyone,

I ve been working a lot on Instagram, and here is one specific need I have. I m looking for someone I can pay to develop this tool.
I need an Instagram bot with ONE feature only: video upload.

I need it to be like this:
-Multiple Accounts manager with proxies support
-Android emulator (no webservices, but I guess this is obvious....)
-MP4 or Mov video upload (videos are already Instagram sized 640x640)
-Caption on video (description)
-Windows software
-Thumbnail generated on the fly

I was using InstaAssault media uploader module but I m unhappy with it and since there is no update I m willing pay someone to it!

Let me know if you can do it or if you have any question! (or if by chance you know any software to do it!)
