My fake PayPal account has been limited and I need to get access on the money on it.If anybody know how to deal with this please let me know I will be very grateful!

Sometimes secondeye is available, sometimes he is busy. The main considerations are preparing your fake/stealth PP to survive a limitation at the time it's created, and not using it as the main leg for getting your earnings if it is not set-up to be readily restorable.
Basically, have more than one PP (in case you get into trouble with one of them), make sure the ID and location-verifying docs (real or faux) are available to deal with a limitation. For an easier prospect of successful restoration, JV with someone who will use their ID, SSN, docs, physical address for the account, in which case everything you need will be available to reverse the limitation.

I had the same problem, contacted Paypal support to get it fixed. After many email exchanges back and forth, they decided to permanently suspend my account but gave me a grace period to remove any amount I had on Paypal. Fine with me 
. Just contact support and complain about how you got scammed by the site which raised the red flag on your account.

After less than 2 days my acc was permanently limited.. Do you think contacting with the support might help me in any way?

Yes, do it and stick up to their asses even when thye give you auto-reply responses. In the end they will get fed up and give you I think it was 180 or 90 days grace period to remove all your cash from the Paypal to somewhere else.
