You can place adsense on your website by the code Google gives you to post in the HTML I

It is almost as if you did not read the original post. He said that he used Webs. There should either be a code block available, or you can go in and edit basic HTML. This is the case for most Web 2.0 site making platforms.

I read the original post but what I was trying to hint at is if you are serious about it I would recommend using
a content management system like Joomla or WordPress. Much more options than using a easy web builder like webs.
