I need to create a website that has following features:
1. Landing page that asks people who are looking for local services to complete a contact form.
2. Sign up page for companies that want to receive these leads.
3. Automatic monthly billing based on how much leads a company had received.
4. Leads are automatically sent via email to 5 companies based on the location of the lead.
5. Companies receive almost equal amount of leads per month.
6. Companies can set their budget and type of leads they want to receive.
I was wondering if there is a customizable out of the box solution that has similar functionality?
