Need A Good CPA Network for PPD programs

Hello,

I have been doing CPA Marketing for a while now and would like to branch out into promoting PPD Programs. I currently use maxBounty but all of their PPD offers require a user to download their program and submit a CC for a free or paid trial. I am looking for a CPA Network or program that pays when a user downloads and opens a program without requiring any signup. If anybody knows of any please let me know. I will be more than happy to sign up using an affiliate link for your troubles. Thank you!

Thank you for clarifying. Are there any CPI networks that offer Windows programs? Or are all of them just for mobile apps?

Generally the people who are best targeted with CPI offers are on mobile devices.

I think you would be well served by revamping a little bit and consider that demographic and how to approach them.

Mostly on mobile where users will need tp download a game etc. which is way more common than someone installing some soft on windows (as those are rarely game but bunch of spam/adware or soft users have already e.g. firefox etc)
I'd recommend ogads and cpagrip if you target mainly mobile.
