Need a coder/programmers. Full time and even more.

Hello, I am starting a new company up and looking for someone who master this type of coding.

One of the biggest part of the job is to develop social media bots, we have all the ideas and will need new bots regulary. You will also be a part of the whole process of running the bots. In the office we have several stations with top class PC's that are wired up to several servers so running things wont be hard.

We are moving to south US within 12-18 months, but during our first yeat this require you to work here at the office in SWEDEN where we are located.

Short info:
- We will work very much during the first 12 months, dont apply if you dont have the intrest or willpower to work hard.
- I will set up an apartment for you to live in and help you with the few documents you need to work here.
- We have 3 departments in this company and the whole thing with social media is one of them, we will share more information with you if we come close to an agreement, (keep in mind your job will only handle social media)
- Depending on your skill and what we agree on, we pay anywhere from $3k - $5k per month. If you prove yourself good this will only raise in the future. This is a long term deal. Dont apply if you looking for a short term job.
- YOU as the social media guy, will work very close to me (the ceo) and together make ideas go to action fast. I would love to see a person that have energi and also master the whole process of making bots after directives.
- This is a new legit company so before anyone say anything, there will be contracts and very clear agreements before anything is done.

Who pays the moving expenses and the rent on the apartment? It's not very clear from your post.

We pay for the apartment, and obviously you pay your own moving expenses. Not sure what expenses you are expecting tho!
The office is located in the south part of sweden, just one hour from Denmark.

It might save people a lot of time if you can provide evidence that you have a registered company, maybe at least post your website URL and business address.

Not putting you down or suggesting that you aren't legit but BHW does attract a lot of fantasists, so it would be beneficial for you to prove that a job exists then you might garner some genuine responses.

$5 for 2000 followers is a great deal though.

Thanks for your comment W130SN. Just like a lot of other people i have been fooling around testing and seeing where social media is valuable. This company have been under cunstruction during the last 6 months and i have been using very simple methods at the side to still make a living. Some methods are the one talked about in the "make money" forum.

Im not very familiar with this forum and thats why i use this skype. With closer contact you can talk to me over my personal skype, with both webcam and headset and with chat.

We are going to sign a contract that allow us to move in to the office the first mars. We dont stress about creating the company before that as we are still looking over one investor. This would be $70k more and its better for us to include that before starting the company up. (Tax reason, can explain more about the taxes here if anyone want to know)

I understand that some are sceptical but i dont know why anyone would lie about a job. There is no winning in it for me to lie about it, right?

I dont know where you live, but for some its not across the world.

Have you ever run a company before?
Have you ever employed anybody previously?
You don't have a company set up and are already hiring?
How can you quote salary figures if you aren't making any money and are still looking for investment.
What happened to the office with the high spec PC's you mention in the OP, but now say you are not moving into until March?
Are you just another wannabe CEO?
The major flaw I see with this thread is that when people hire programmers they tend to be specific about what skills they are looking for and what languages the programmer is proficient in.
You are just asking for a social media guy to develop social media bots, which seems very vague.

Is this just a way of getting people to send you free bots as examples of their work?

This is my first company thats right, i have never said anything els and dont know why that would matter that much. We are just as serious about our start up as anyone els would be. Like i said i have spent the last half year to this and thats why i can quote wages. I know very well how and when the income will come.
A relative to me have a company here in sweden working with IT-serurity and cloud based stuff. (150 employees) Right now me and my partner have a room in their office. We can only stay here during the planning state, and thats why moving to our own office happends just in a few months. This is also where the investment i mentioned comes from, a 0% rate loan. This investment isnt crucial for the company at all. There is already money put away to be invested by myself and my partner. This is also where we get every technical gear we need for the right price. (I am willing to prove everything mentioned above for a moderater)

And yes, most people tell more about what languages is needed. But Social media bots can be developed in several languages and i dont want to limit it to one or two languages. I have myself never wrote a line of code and would be better of talking to the coder directly than limiting my results by writing i need someone for a specefic language.

More than fulltime means that we will work very much when we start up. There will be more hours than 40h/week and therfor the pay is higher if you agree to the contract.
And no this is not some way to get free bots, i have never asked anyone to send me any bot. Your questions and behaviour is just rude.

Why aren't you hiring locally and adding to your costs with moving expenses and apartment rental?
Why aren't Swedish or Danish programmers good enough for you?

How long is the contract for?
Why will you be relocating the company to the US in 12-18 months?
For what purpose?
Will your programmer be going with you?
Will you sort all Visa issues for them?

We really think there is people on this forum that is really good, and we have never said that we wont look locally. Where we find this person is irrelevant. The price for the apartment would be $300 a month, if we get the person we want thats a cost we pay with joy. I dont know if you ask this questions if you are genuine intresset or if you think im not honest?

Yes, the links you sent said $4.3k per month, but in the capital Stockholm. So in the south part it would be $3.8k, no more. And when i look at the other links you sent me show that the living expenses is often the same. So I dont understand what you mean with that..

The contract is for 12 months but naturally we would like you to sign a new one for 6 months right after. Then our goal is to bring the original crew to the US. We will be only 5 people so its not something thats a major problem. You asked me why we want to relocate to the us. One other part of the company is about content creating, after 18 month we would need to be located in the US to keep grow in the phase we want.

Like i said we want the whole crew to come with us to the US. If you dont have any criminal history there will be no problem for you to go with us. If you have something in your history it could be harder but still nothing impossible.

Yeah maybe i should stop search for people but still im not here to sign a contract today. Both you and me know how good people there is on this forum, knowledge wise. My hope was that someone would find this interesting and then contact me!

I am not here to investigate your company but Bot and Crawler are illegal, especially for social networks. They will come and sue you in the matter of seconds, because I don't know what's your company service but i just want to add some information. Yes, I concerned about the law even i am living in a 3rd country. I don't do illegal stuff, i only collect public data of website that not so strict about it.

Thanks for your concern Abcxyz77. But you dont have to worry about us beeing sued or anything. This isnt some short term spam bots. This is legit and will keep it that way.

A little update!
I have talked to several people, some better qualified than others. I am amazed to see what knowledge some of the bhw members have. Still looking for people to talk to.
