You would need custom one OP. Your best bet is Zennoposter. If you dont know how to make templates in ZP hire someone to make some for you. But keep in mind - you will need to make updates often.

thanks for replay i will take a look at zennoposter,can this tool handle captcha solve?do you guys use this and works well?

You need to use Xevil, Capmonster or 2captcha to break captchas. If you dont know how to code you wont find anything better than ZP.

is great if i can use 2captcha,till now i have find it gsa,rankerx and this zennoposter and also scrape box,gsa is old not so great,scrapebox is good but not for my tasks

Actually I can recommend publicly to you python package if you are able to code you can build your own automation using selenium.
It is free to use and documents available if you made a good search on google.
Good luck.
