Need a bot/scraper

I need a bot / scraper that can scrape user data and send emails to users on a specific website. I don't want to go into too many details here, as I don't want to give away my methods to the world!

The bot would first 1) scrape user data from people in the group and create a spreadsheet with their data. The bot would then 2) send messages to people in the group using the data gathered in the spreadsheet.

Honestly I don't know what this might cost, but I wanted to get some quotes from some of the members here.
