Ii wanna help you but I can't gave you information I'm new here so I will suggest that you look here and there and I'm writing this to help been in the first page hoping that someone else see it and be more helpful
 
Get a US proxy and sign up for survey sites like mturk, swagbucks, slice the pie, for e.g. Earn gift cards and trade those for dollars.

  1. create a website
  2. sell some service for $7
  3. promote your service
  4. make $7 for every sale
 
i doubt you know anything in IT. so make a cpa blog, i make from 1 to 10 dollars per day on one site.
Steps:
1. make cpa blog with some niche on it
2. learn html, css, wordpress, blogging, everything on it
3. learn optimization seo and promote your stuff on youtube with bots
4. learn keyword research seo, keyword difficulty seo, blackhat seo
5. do some nasty backlinks and read a lot
6. do more backlinks and more reading

the beauty of cpa is that all you need to do is to find some niche (game hack) with low competition (there are milion of games so u will find it) while it has some (not big, cause ur bad) search volume.
then compete in this.
 
register on fiverr.com and start providing services.

then look for client who will pay hour rate for long term freelance job.

after you have accumulate some capital, come ask again for next step
