Need 3-5 simple Websites with basic SEO for each site.

I need someone who can create 3-5 simple websites and can do basic SEO for each site. These websites will be optimized for certain keywords to match the sites domain name which I already own the domains for. Below is an exmaple of what I'm looking for
Notice that the links on the upper left hand of the site all lead you to the owners main website. I've obliviously already have my main site just looking for the additional sites.

Payment will be arranged through Paypal, you will be paid one website at a time and I will pay you in advance. Also send me the estimated time of completion for each site and any samples of other websites you've worked on.
