I have started my new affiliate network and having lots of offers to be promoted...i want 1000 cpa leads per week...and those who are interested should provide with atleast 10 leads as demo...and no upfront payments will be made...its a long time business...Just PM me for further details

"a long time business" which you just started? You offer no URL nor resources; you can't PM yet, and are those 10 "demo" leads paid? This is incredibly fishy IMO.

When you start a new network you need to get publishers' satisfaction first. When i read your post I thought it's a network started by google.
