natural links

everyone is talking about penguin and google penalty lately.
Now I have two questions for my fellow blackhat enthusiasts.

a) how serious do you take this? Do you actually create manual hyperlinks? Does this pay?

b)can you share tipps and tricks to create manual and natural links ? How to make manual links that really pay? How to make it more easy and reduce the work?

Get links from related sites which would be hard to get via a bot.

An example being high PR blog comments where you actually provide a comment that is useful.

A lot of perceptions about Panda and Penguin, but if your website having a unique content then you don't have to worry.
1. Only add unique and well written engaged content on your website.
2. Get the back-links from authority sites.
3. Try to create back-links also from your niche relevant sites.
4. Add more variation in your keyword with more generic keywords and naked URL.
5. Focus on quality never quantity and then focus on contextual back-links.
6. Manual back-links pay you much better then automated.
7. Use automated tool for back-links as tier 2 and 3
8. Make social presence on different social media sites which minimize the effect of Panda.

I take what google says with a grain of salt, the serps tell you exactly what is working at the moment.

What about posting on blogs? Comments are worth a lot I think and I consider that to be a natural backlink I guess. As long as you are doing it right.

We take it seriously. And yes manual high quality work pay off.

You can automate some tasks like registrations and checking links or use macros for semi-automatic tasks.

Being on TOP has a lot to do with the highest backlinks created but most of us didn't know that it is not just simple links, we make sure this links get indexed by having those links look natural..

When we use backlinks we tend to observe how links get us to higher ranking and we also consider who made this backlinks and to how they build the backlinks.
