Hello BHW

Got sent this image directly from NFT project owners and what I can say is... STAY AWAY from this type of promotion.

FNwDtVKXwAgYEes.jpg

As you can see prices start from $3k...

THIS WILL NOT WORK. THIS A RUG PULL STRATEGY.

Tired of all these projects coming in and out leaving people in the dust.

Becareful out there when buying into these projects, a trained eye can spot this type of fake shit from a mile away.

If the NFT project vanish.. owner has a jpeg that no one cares..

People hear NFT's, and since it's a buzzword right now, they equate that with being a good investment.

Crypto has SO many opportunities to make life-changing money and personally, I stay far away from JPEGS.

Find projects with great tokenomics, passionate communities and top-notch founders. Then get in early (or buy on a dip) and HOLD. Traders don't make money in crypto, holders do. Richard Heart projects have the best game theory in my opinion.

Everyone wants to make money with nft craze. One should always do proper checks even before smallest investments.

This applies to any promotion, people will show only the good things. But there is another side of the coin as well.

This technology is developing very quickly. I think it will be in demand in the future.

can you point to something specific?
why doesn't this work?
if possible, offer something of your own)

$300 to set up a Discord? Lol.

That's pretty rich considering you can save server templates, now.

From personal experience this would be a waste of money by the creator / NFT creator. Most these tactics are obvious to NFT investors at this point as people look for real engagement and hype, not just big numbers on Discord, Twitter etc.. Also outside of Twitter and Discord, these social media sites will ban your account if they pickup on you using fake bot accounts. Instagram and Tiktok will shadow ban or outright delete your account for using such tactics.

If they're bots it's completely useless yes . Besides the fact that it looks big for the not so smart degen

If the growth is real and they are targeted. It can definitely work .

Hey guys, this is something YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO for your project FYI...

Specially now after the market has changed dramatically.

Unless your Shakira, it´s best to actually build something and have the NFT´s as a funding mechanism...

If you are artsy, you gotta be unique.

Remember... 99% of NFT projects gonna fail...

Fiscal Realism, check. Unique Design Quality, check. True Utility (business model behind the design), check.

I think the paparazzi style promo will tone down a little more as well once Snoop joins Martha in front of a Federal Judge or Commission. (using as figurative and historically understandable example , not making any claims on specific projects or celebrity associations with any).

We should actually push for this. Bad Marketing and Paparazzi promises have left a bad taste in the mouth of regulators... and to their advantage (and the bank system backing them)... they have scapegoated the tech itself, and may begin to go after much less powerful development teams and individuals as a way to cut the heads of the Hydra.

We as a community (digital creators and consumers) need to make a choice. Personality promo and web3 vaporware for short term volatility gains at the expense of all, or true utility and tech/product reliability and stability at the expense of rug pull popularity and capability. (lack of true opportunity leads to a heightened attractiveness of higher risk activities... AKA criminality).

The reason I use the word vaporware is that we have all been here before...

You don't have to be a betting man to know that the second selection is preferable, but a lot of "traders" out there still hodl hopes in the former.

Good luck.

Just to clarify for all, I believe the post is about a project promotion service's spam, correct ... not from an NFT project itself.

Hey, can you please let me know who sent you this? I’m a project collab manager and want to find out details for something important

https://www.blackhatworld.com/goto/post?id=15247893did. Now bugger off.
Not sure why you’re so rude. I’m trying to protect my community from being rugged, want to expose people who offer rug services like this.

Forums are places for open discussion and I’m pretty sure I never responded to you, why are you replying to begin with…

My apologies for being rude.

I saw a person with one post coming on to BHW throwing a rather generic titlte (project collab manager) around asking us to dox a member. I totally misread that you want whywork to allow you the info.

I read it as you wanted to know who whywork was.

Please forgive me.

English is my native tongue, I was never taught it correctly.
