Well, first thing I notice is that you have very few videos uploaded. Of course, they are very high quality, but it's really a numbers game. You would be better off uploading much shorter videos, but uploading more of them.
The reason your first video did so well, is because it was selected as a featured video by Pornhub. That's awesome! That means Pornhub loves the content you are uploading. Looking at your engagement (likes and comments), you are well on your way to an extremely successful profile! Obviously, that doesn't help you right NOW, but you are doing things right here.
Shorter videos are less likely to get featured (10 minutes I believe is the ideal minimum to get featured), but again, it's a numbers game. You want to increase your exposure, you want to make sure you are always selecting the maximum amount of tags allowable for your uploads, you want to try to think about different tags you can add. Look at other videos to get more ideas about tags you could use.
Use the tattoo/suicide girls related tags for sure. Those are great.
If there is any chance of bringing in a partner to perform with you, that would be ideal.
Don't be afraid to add a watermark on your video asking for tips, just as an experiment even. See how people react to it. Lots of people aren't aware the option to tip is there. Tips can be a huge money maker.

Pornhub featured her first video which gave her a huge boost, and sharing videos on reddit.
The videos were high quality and based on the comments and likes, many users enjoyed the original content and production value.

Its all a numbers game indeed. Upload more vids under various tags and checkout what current top trends are for the day that you will upload.

You can add your own content to the actual video, sure. Just like an intro but advertising a product or service or website. But you cannot add an actual advertisement before the video (like a clickable link or something). There is only one term that concerns me in the TOS "post any Content containing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of unauthorized solicitation" but I don't really know how they mean that. I would email support before doing it on a verified account so I don't risk losing the account. They might say no... interesting to see...

Let's say I want to promote my website, for example a phone case website. I want to direct PH traffic to my website by putting an 10-15 seconds ad at the beginning of the content, making it as a part of the content. And also leave my link on the first comment. Will PH block the content provider?

As I said, you should contact Pornhub customer support on that. I wouldn't want to risk having someone banned. The link in comment will not be allowed for sure, but maybe an advertisement will be acceptable before.

What if you have the pornhub video finished. Then you re edit it and cut say a minute or 2 from the middle of it and replace it with a minute or 2 different scene you shot from the same shoot?. That at least makes the video a bit different and pornhub woulldnt get it removed from xvideos?

You should never sign up for their stupid "content protection system" which means you abandon the rights to your own content. You only get a few % more for it and you lose a huge opportunity on our sites, and many others. It's a huge mistake.

If I have understood it correctly in the PH terms and conditions, then this is only the case if you want to publish the videos exclusively on their site. If you do not select this option, then I mean that you can publish your videos on other platforms as well. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Presume if you do not give them video rights then it will be harder to become featured?
