in my opinion web 2.0 still works and same as a guest posting, pbn also working.
Exactly this.
I just created 100 web 2.0, using REALLY unique articles ranging from 500-1k words. All of the 100 web 2.0s are new, and not expired. Posted some authority links on the articles along with video and pictures.
Blast GSA to those 100 web 2.0s... and voila within 3days of blasting.. they are all indexed, some are even ranked from page 3-10...
And the website that received the links from the web 2.0.. is now ranked nicely at page 2 for it's main keyword which is a 40k + search keyword, along with it secondary keywords popping up at page 2 - 5. This website got backlinks just from those 100 web 2.0
And no, i didn't even use exact match anchors or partial match anchors. Strictly naked urls/brand/generic
Ehhhhhh.... but anyway SEO is dead. It's time you use google adwords OP![]()
any chance you captured key metrics like TF & PA before and after you had web 2.0 placed? I am really interested to see if you were able to improve on those metrics as the result of your web 2.0.
thanks in advance
Right. So what exactly is good content? So basically, what I presume you did:
- You built 64 fresh web 2.0s.
- You put, and I am pretty damn sure, spun content on them, because I honestly doubt you would use 64 unique articles for this kind of purpose and I also doubt you have hand created them.
- None of them got indexed, because they have no backlinks, content is shit and even that shit is just a little shitty shit, because you didn't bother to put more than 1 article there.
And now you are crying that web 2.0s are not getting indexed. Wake up, it's 2017 and you are apparently still stuck in 2014.
Either get expired web 2.0s or build a decent tier 2. And unique hand written non-spun shit content is a must. Then repeat the test and come back and tell us how dumb you were.

Google doesn't care about the metrics. And unless you are buying or registering an expired web 2.0, neither should you. It's already in place and only thing you should care about is SERP improvement.![]()
Thanks for chiming in.
I hear you. But isn't there at minimum some correlation between those metrics and serp?
Between metrics and Serp... minimal. I can be ranking with 200 hidden PBNs and have TF of 0 or I can be ranking nowhere and have 200 high TF blog comments and have TF of 40. So correlation there is pretty small. Also, TF and metrics measure only off site SEO, so even though the site has high metrics, it may not rank for crap, due to terrible onsite, super hard KWs, etc.
so with that said, assume you had $X amount to spend, would you spent it on improving your PBN or build another PBN backlink?
by spending, I mean making sure that the PBN or Web 2.0, carry more authority with it.
Don't build tier 2 to your PBN domains. Ever.
I would spend it on either stronger tier 2 for web 2.0s if it's not good enough and for expanding the PBN network.
Easy, just search on Google and see if you can see any web 2.0 site coming up. If no, that means web 2.0 is not being indexed.
can you explain a bit why we should not building tier 2 to PBN domains? also, would you consider building web 2.0 to PBN a mistake as well?
Amazing insight. Thank you! I've been waiting for this answer all my life! Illuminated at last! Oh the Light!... no.
Web 2.0s would be fine, but that's still a waste of money. You will only leave a footprint, especially if you are new to this, and your PBN will last much longer if you won't do any funny stuff like that. Rather invest the money into a better domain. And if you are building some automated web 2.0s, then you deserve some online slap for that.
Haha.. Meant to be a light hearted joke. Thanks for spicing up.![]()
