My ranking suffle again n again !

Please help me for this.

I have an issue with my Google ranking ... Sometime it's show and sometime it's not in Google ranking.

I don't know what is happening.

This is called Google Dance. It means you have a volatile ranking and Google bots are not yet sure to assign you a long term ranking. A slight push in CTR should work the magic. Avoid changes to onpage and make sure you dont stuff offpage either. Better syndicate unique and informative content, make few interesting videos or run few interesting offers on homepage which gets you better CTR. It should help. Thx
