I’ve been in digital marketing since 2010, switched to PR a few years back and now I run a PR firm. We acquire authority coverage on top publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, New York Times, etc.
Over the years I’ve built some very valuable relationships on BHW and acquired big fish clients that would purchase 6 figures worth of services from me.
I decided to open a BST here to offer my PR services (authority media coverage). I know that a lot of folks will be interested in this.
As I barely have the time to manage my business and work on other projects, I want to find someone I could partner with here on the forum who would take care of the BST.
Your tasks would involve:
- Customer support (on the forum)
- Order processing (keeping track on a spreadsheet, working with my writers and sending drafts to clients for approval)
- Reporting back to me
*Actual PR work will be performed by me or my staff so you just need to do basic processing & reporting
Preferred candidates:
- You’ve been active on the forum for at least 2 months (with 100+ posts)
- You have a positive attitude and good written communication skills
- Are able to resolve potential conflicts peacefully
If you have Jr VIP, that’d be great. If not, I’ll buy it for you once we get started and the first orders are completed successfully.
Compensation:
Since I have to pay for my staff and a large cut of profit goes to the editors/contributors we work with (I won’t be offering organic PR on BHW yet) my own margin is pretty lean, so I can only offer you 5% commission on all sales. BUT, the services will range from $500 to $8,000+ some of the more exclusive offers go up to $30-40k each. Again, I‘ve had clients from BHW who purchased $200,000+ worth of PR services from me. So having that in mind, even with 5% you could potentially be making several thousand bucks a month doing support, spending only 1-2 hrs a day. Since these are high-value services, you won’t be processing a large number of orders and it won’t take much of your time.
You’ll basically be my right hand here on the forum with the BST
