My Ninja Blaster is having serious issues

Hi Pals, for almost a week now I tried to load my ninja blaster but it kept on giving me error messages telling me that I should download the latest version if I am using the cracked version but meanwhile I am using the paid version of the software and I paid a yearly subscription of $59 few weeks ago. I contacted support via email a number of times but over a week now, I haven't heard from them at all. Please pals, is there anyone of you experiencing this problem with ninja blaster here, could it be that facebook has blocked their API? I need your kind suggestions on how to tackle this problem cos I do not want my annual subscription to go down the drain. Am looking forward for your kind suggestions. Thanks
