I went through the same thing but with my father 4 years ago, it still hasn't sinked in, but what i'm going to tell you is that everything's going to be okay and your mom wishes you the best life has to offer and she will be watching you from heaven and celebrate your successes.

I was in your spot a couple months back.. All I can say is spend time with your family and give yourself plenty of time to heal..

@jamesjk1, I lost my mother as well on January 24 . It is still the worst day of my life. I want you to know that your mother would be so proud of you. I am still recovering from it and now and my dad has cancer (Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and he is battling prostate cancer). You are not alone and like all the special members here that offered me help when I felt like life was not worth living I am here for you. If you ever want to talk on through pm, skype or phone just let me know. My thoughts and prayers are with you and just know you are not alone as we are all here for you!
