My first journey trying out with local SEO

Hey folks, I've been a member of BHW for quite a while. I've made some side bucks by spamming in the past as some side projects, but never really had a real deep experience regarding IM, just side hustles. So, as I was talking to a friend, we saw that many small business struggle (or don't know how to) with being present in Google Maps, it's a real pain point. So we decided to venture ourselves into a new journey and try to put up a local agency that would be especialized in posicioning business/solopreneurs in Google My Business (Google Maps, basically). We started planning yesterday, we figured out a basic business plan, created a logo, discussed monetizing and stuff, talked about how to reach to peole, decided some other details and off we go!

What I've (we've) done so far:
-decided the name of our business
-created a good looking logo
-built a basic business plan with the help of AI
-bought SIM card for Whatsapp (that's basically how we'll keep in touch and reach out prospects)
-bought a domain
-reached out to three small business in whatsapp

I plan to update this thread at least once every other day, I'm absolutely open to critics and advices, so please, if you have any experience with such projects, please share some nuggets
